The challenge
The English and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) at Lord’s Cricket Ground was undergoing a workplace transformation alongside the introduction of new values and behaviours. The opportunity was to ensure the physical environment didn’t just reflect the brand - but actively supported the culture they wanted to create.
The idea
Working with the FizzPopBANG graphics studio, we helped design a workplace experience that translated values and behaviours into the environment itself. The focus was on creating spaces that encourage collaboration, connection and ways of working aligned to the organisation’s future direction.
