Bringing Values to Life

The challenge

We co-created the refreshed SkyCity company values and behaviours. The values needed to feel real, practical and relevant across a large and diverse workforce.

Once written and graphics applied, our challenge was to move beyond simply communicating them - and instead create something people could genuinely connect with and apply in their daily work.


The idea

We designed a creative engagement approach that brought the values to life through conversations and experiences rather than presentations.

The focus was on helping people explore what the values meant in action - through conversation, reflection and shared moments that made the behaviours tangible.


Our role

  • Co-creating the values themselves through discovery, design and engagement approach

  • Designing interactive experiences and workshops

  • Translating values and behaviours into practical scenarios

  • Facilitating conversations with leaders and teams

The outcome

The values are well embedded - creating shared understanding across teams and encouraging leaders to model the behaviours in everyday work.
